Of course, we offer a wide selection of in-stock and one-of-a-kind floor model items ready for quick shipment. But you're not limited to what you see on the showroom floor. Use our design center and the assistance of our experienced associates to help you create furniture exactly the way you want it. ROOM has partnered with some of the best, unique custom furniture manufactures like: Precedent, Rowe, Vanguard, Trica & many more.
You have hundreds of styles, finishes, and fabrics to choose from. Build any sofa to your specifications, and see it before you order it. Don't settle for "off the rack", or “hope its the right color, I bought it online”. Get exactly what you want, and let us help. Your creativity is virtually limitless. The Process
Place Your Order | Work with our in-store designers to create, find or build a furniture piece that is perfect for your space. Our companies offer over 1000+ fabrics and finishes to choose from. All of our custom upholstery is sustainably sourced & made in the United States
Order Is Sent | The ROOM team reviews and sends out orders weekly to our company representatives.
Order Is Confirmed | After the ROOM team sends in your order, it takes up to two weeks for the company to confirm. We will give you a call when you're confirmed!
Order Goes Into Production | Our companies get to work building your order from the ground up! This process takes 10-12 weeks to complete, sometimes lead times can be longer depending on the factory's volume. Feel free to call and check in at anytime during this process!
On The Road | Your order is completed and safely packed into our companies' moving trucks. Our furniture lines travel from North Carolina, California, Virginia + Canada and can take a couple weeks to land in Buffalo!
Order Arrives To ROOM | Your order arrives to our store or warehouse, yay!
Ring, Ring | Andrew calls to give you the good news & set up delivery. We offer white glove delivery starting at $295, curbside delivery starting at $175 or you can schedule to pick up your order at the store/warehouse !
